You will find the reference number in the confirmation email. It starts with LUN-AL. One is enough: with both the ticket opens right away; with only one we send it again to the purchase email.

Ticket valid until 23:59 on the travel date and is not tied to a single departure: if the flight is delayed, simply take the next bus. Free cancellation up to 1 day before travel, or on request closer to departure, is inside the ticket itself.

Can't find it? Write to us at info@luna.al or +355689006146 with the reference number and we will assist you. Haven't bought yet? Find a departure.
